1930’s Colonial Revival

A classic colonial revival gets a new burst of life with this whole home renovation by RJR Construction Management. It was a 2010 ‘Georgie Award’ finalist for ‘Best Residential Renovation $300,000-$499,999’. The timeless white kitchen gets an updated twist with an espresso stained island and slate backsplash. The quartz counters give a classic understated look with function and durability. The tiffany style pendants offer style and interest with a period touch. The espresso stain is continued onto the desk and TV built in that extends into the family room.

The master bathroom echoes the espresso and white millwork combination by pairing the espresso vanity with a white panelled tub surround and white vanity mirror. The walk in shower showcases a classic white wall tile accented by a beautiful charcoal lily listello.

The front entrance gets a sense of grandeur with the addition of wall panelling up the staircase and a crystal embellished chandelier. The dark wood flooring and stair treads offer a stunning contrast with the white of the panels, stair risers and spindles.
