A whole home renovation constructed by Focal Point Projects gave this family extended life in their home.
Reconfiguring the main floor opened up the spaces and gave more connection between the dining and kitchen. A large private patio was added on the front of the home, so the clients could entertain directly off the kitchen. It also allowed for a BBQ space, and sunny dining area with peek a boo views of the water.
The lower level includes a great games room and is more connected to the outdoor space with the addition of a sunken patio. A built in desk was added in an unutilized nook to give a quiet spot to study.
The upper floor master suite was reconfigured to allow for a more functional master bathroom. Wainscotting was added in the hallway and stairs to reinforce the traditional feel of the home. A built in linen closet in the upper hallway provides ample storage for the family.
The exterior of the home was given a facelift with new stone, new colours, new landscaping, and new outdoor living spaces.
