This home in Delta was completely renovated inside and out to transform a cramped compartmentalized house into a beautiful open concept entertainers' dream venue for large family gatherings... The dated exterior was revitalized with a touch of craft styling to increase its street appeal, but the substance of the updates took place throughout the main floor greatroom and creation of a spectacular outdoor living area. The homeowners requested a substantial entertaining space with emphasis on the home’s indoor-outdoor connection, the result is a dramatic overhaul renovation achieved without structural disruption. The new kitchen is sited for enjoyment of the entire main floor, connected with distance for living area to be comfortably removed from food preparation and clean-up. All obstructions and room divides are removed to create a vast beautiful living space, optimizing sightlines and easing motion throughout. Behind the kitchen a fully contained primary suite and office space, both with patio access, provide privacy, luxury living, and the opportunity for aging in place. This house is perfectly executed; both the owners’ and their family can’t get enough of it… as the grandkids are happily spoiled by long summer days in the backyard pool!
