Central Ave Renovation

A beautiful entertaining space is created by removing the wall separating the kitchen and dining room, and creating a large island in the kitchen. This home was only about 4 years old, but the layout of this spec house was not properly planned. The clients came to us to make the home more open, inviting and conducive to entertaining. Full construction drawings for permit completed along with interior design drawings and specifications for the whole project.
