This home was meticulously crafted for its very particular owners who expressed how important it was to them that the design remain true to their own unique vision. The cape style home is striking from the street, adding appeal to its neighbourhood and gaining interest from passers-by. The coastal vibe is carried into the greatroom in the beam detailing and high windows and echoed throughout the home with heavy nautical inspired lighting fixtures. A highlight of the house is the kids' study, complete with a fun reading loft, giving them a supportive space to take responsibility for their learning and creativity.
