Not Broken, Just Bent
Renovation was needed to modernize and brighten this largely original and well-loved family home. The improvements are within the original floorplan and can be spotted at-a-glance. No structural changes were made and yet the transformation is dramatic! A new bright white kitchen with a substantial peninsula provides bar seating, as well as privilege for the cook to face the room. The entire space is brought to life and appears much larger; a brick room division encumbering the room is removed, allotting extra space to the kitchen and a much more open and inviting family dining area. The updated fireplace central in the greatroom space warmly invites you to the table, with statement chandelier providing even more light to the newly brightened space.
