From an early age Jessica was designing living spaces for her Barbies. Born in BC and raised throughout the province, she has also lived in parts of Alberta. In 2005 she relocated to the lower mainland and once her children started school she was able to pursue her passion for design.
Jessica holds a marketing and sales diploma from Langara college, art courses at Emily Carr, Decorating courses Surrey college and is working on her NKBA accreditation. She has been working in the design industry for 10 years; with the last 5 years being focused on kitchen and bath design.
At SGDI Jessica facilitates and coordinates install of the millwork within the design, while making sure that her clients have the best possible experience from their first meeting to the final thank you. Her main goal is to deliver a final install that adheres to the original design specifications while continuing the clients journey of exceptional service.
When she is not working she enjoys listening to audio books and podcasts, creating home décor accents and accessories and hunting through thrift stores for unexpected treasures. At almost any time throughout the year she can be found cheering her son on at his hockey games or exploring the outdoors with her daughter.
“Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. It happens by design.” – Clare Muscutt
